This Refund Policy explains the cancellation and refund rules applicable to paid memberships and services offered through Jodi Sanjog.
1. Membership Purchases
Jodi Sanjog may offer paid membership plans with different durations, features, and prices.
Before completing a purchase, users should review the membership plan, price, duration, and included features.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered according to the applicable terms of the membership purchased and applicable law.
A refund may be considered in circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment.
- Payment successfully deducted but membership not activated due to a technical issue.
- An incorrect amount being charged due to a technical error.
- Other circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by applicable law or specifically approved by Jodi Sanjog, membership fees may not be refundable solely because:
- A user did not find a suitable match.
- A user did not use the membership.
- A user changed their mind after purchasing.
- A user did not use all available membership benefits.
- A user did not receive a response from another member.
4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If an amount is deducted but the transaction does not result in successful membership activation, the transaction will be reviewed.
Where the payment provider confirms a failed or duplicate transaction, the applicable amount may be refunded through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.
5. Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact Jodi Sanjog support and provide:
- Registered name
- Registered mobile number or email address
- Transaction/order details
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Reason for the refund request
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment channel, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
7. Membership Termination
Suspension or termination of an account because of violation of our Terms & Conditions does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published through Jodi Sanjog.
