1. Introduction

Jodi Sanjog has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any content or activity that exploits, sexualizes, or harms minors.
2. Age Restriction
Jodi Sanjog is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older.
Minors are not permitted to create accounts, maintain matrimonial profiles, or use the services.
Users must provide accurate information about their age during registration. If an account is suspected to belong to a person under 18, Jodi Sanjog may suspend or remove the account and take appropriate action.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Jodi Sanjog strictly prohibits the following:
3.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Users must not upload, share, request, distribute, store, or otherwise use the platform to facilitate child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
3.2 Sexualization of Minors
Any content, communication, imagery, or behavior that sexualizes or exploits a person under 18 is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Grooming and Exploitation
Users must not use Jodi Sanjog to groom, manipulate, solicit, exploit, or attempt to establish inappropriate sexual contact with minors.
3.4 Misrepresentation of Age
Users must not falsely represent their age or create an account for or on behalf of a minor.
3.5 Facilitation of Abuse
Jodi Sanjog must not be used to arrange, facilitate, promote, or encourage the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
4. Platform Safety
Jodi Sanjog may take reasonable measures to identify and address accounts, content, or activity that appears to violate this policy.
Such measures may include reviewing reports, investigating suspicious activity, restricting content, and suspending or terminating accounts where appropriate.
5. Reporting CSAE Concerns
Users who encounter suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, prohibited content, or activity involving minors should report it immediately.

6. Action Against Violations
If we identify or reasonably suspect a violation of this policy, we may:
Remove or restrict the reported content.
Suspend or permanently terminate the associated account.
Restrict access to Jodi Sanjog services.
Take additional measures necessary to protect users.
Preserve relevant information where appropriate.
Report matters to competent authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law.
7. Cooperation With Law Enforcement
Jodi Sanjog may cooperate with law enforcement agencies and other competent authorities regarding suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation in accordance with applicable laws and lawful requests.
Where legally required, we may provide relevant information to competent authorities.
8. Protection of Reports and Information
CSAE-related reports and related information will be handled with appropriate care and access will be restricted to authorized personnel where reasonably possible.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, necessary to investigate or prevent abuse, or necessary to protect users and the platform.
9. Matrimonial Platform Safety
Because Jodi Sanjog is a matrimonial platform:
Matrimonial interactions are intended only for adults aged 18 and above.
Users must not attempt to involve minors in matrimonial, romantic, or sexual interactions.
Family-managed profiles must represent eligible adults only.
Users must not use Jodi Sanjog to facilitate inappropriate contact or exploitation involving minors.
10. Policy Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination of the user's account.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Jodi Sanjog may also report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
